September Major Update!





From the last close demo that we launched in Korea, we had negative feedback regarding the game’s logo. So we decided to devote some time to recreate it. From that, our entire UX design was inherited from the logo design.

And as a result, to show the theme of ‘love’, ‘campus life’, and ‘love comedy' from the game, we made the text rounded and decided to use ‘gradient pink’ as the main theme color. Also, we put the Instagram like button-ish icon on top of the entire logo.






Our goal with the new UI/UX design was ‘simpleness’ and ‘do not disturb’. We made the textbox as transparent as possible and made the controller buttons (save, qsave… etc) small and half visible. These buttons will change it’s visibility from 50% to 100% when you hover the mouse on to it.

The save and load windows are both redesigned as well, and now the users don’t need to jump around different settings to adjust text or sound, since all of the important settings are on one page called ‘config’.







Character Storyline:

Is your favorite character a Tomboy or Minx?
Then Sieun will be your best friend, but in contrast to that, Sieun has some deep story behind that smile.

Genius girl’s invention... the successor of Multinational IT company.... Hidden Family problems…
Are you SURE that this is a visual novel, not a K-Drama?
What will be the ending of you and her?
You decide!

Character Design:

The Key Concept of Sieun's fashion is <Campus Model>.
Trench Coat, Denim mini Skirt with skin-colored stockings….
She is literally a descended goodness for the geeky engineering students.

In the Main Storyline:

She is the person who knows you the best, and the way how she treats you like a little brother can give you an image that she might be the easiest one to go with..... Well... Debatable.

Her pasts, big problems, and situations will bite you from the back and will confuse your decisions.


Character Storyline:

A well-known lone wolf of the class, but …what? She can see a ghost?
Due to this unwanted special ability, Jungin was raised in an unfortunate situation.

It’s time for you to help her!

Campus life with mysterious powers and shy love between you and her. Can you be the hero for her?

Character Design:

The Key Concept of Jungin’s fashion is <Cool Effortless Style>. Jungin who lives her daily life quietly doesn’t prefer to be in the middle of the discussion, and she is not conscious of how cute and beautiful she is (welp… yeah). White hat, oversized hoodie, c*nverse shoes, and black stocking are a trademark of jungin.

Tho, it is a well-kept secrete that her pair of socks is 3 times expensive than Sieun’s entire cloth including her underwear.

Main Story:

Her story will be completely opposite of what you expected from Sieun. unlike a well-known tomboy: Sieun, you need to be very cautious about your decisions. Basically, this is a story of a little girl overcoming her trauma.

Man, just help her already goddamnit!

Character Storyline

After she saved you from that incident, you suggested Hana to live in your room until she recovers her power.
Games, Movies, and food! For her, human entertainments are just a ‘constant wow moment’.
But as always, the happiness never continues, and the 'villains' are here to take her back!

Now, it is your time! Don’t let them disturb Hana’s time!

Character Design:

Our ultimate goal with Hana’s cloth was all about enhancing her cuteness and let everyone in the world knows how cute she is.
Just look at it, mini skirts, white shirt, and blue cardigan? PERFECTO.


Scenario

We have completed around 70% of our new scenario. Since our release is delayed, we are constantly going back to the script to carefully check if there is any problem with it.

 

Programing

Now, all the UI’s programming is done, and currently, waiting for the assets to be passed, so we can start assembling the game.

Other than that, since the character Jungin is very shy, she usually talks with the messenger. To enhance this experience, we are currently building a realistic phone system inside the game to interact with her.

Moreover, recently we’ve been studying scene effects from the other Japanese VNs and Eroges. Soon, we will update you guys about our new scene systems as well!

 

Illustration

Currently, we are redrawing every asset that we have created to reach the quality of the game that we expected ourselves. This is taking a bit more time than we expected, but it is still in a safe margin.

Also, SD illustrator recently joined our team! 

 

Music

We are recreating our theme song “Sweetener” for the new launch!
